High Phi - Ritualist
The current Phis are Kyle Shirk
The High Phi shall be Chairman of the Committee on Ceremonies and Rituals. He shall plan and supervise a program involving the Officer Installation, Chapter/Colony Business Meeting, Associate Member Ceremony, and Initiation Ritual. He shall work with other elected or appointed officers of the Chapter/Colony in a program of member education regarding the ceremonies of the Fraternity. He shall have such further powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Laws of the Fraternity.
