High Rho - Alumni Affairs
The current Rho is Sam Hill & coleman Reed.
The High Rho shall serve as the Alumni Secretary of the Chapter/Colony and shall act as the liaison between the Chapter/Colony and the Alumni. He shall be Chairman of a Committee on Alumni Affairs, and shall be responsible for the development of an alumni program and the alumni records of the Chapter/Colony. It shall be his general duty to work with the Alumni Director of the General Fraternity and with his Chapter/Colony in:
a. Soliciting news notes from his Chapter’s/Colony’s alumni, to be given to his Chapter’s/Colony’s Editor and Correspondent for inclusion in the Chapter’s/Colony’s newsletters, and the Cross & Crescent.
b. Keeping an up-to-date address file of his Chapter’s/Colony’s alumni membership.
c. Working with other elected or appointed officers of the Chapter/Colony, in contacting, planning, and preparing for alumni functions such as homecoming, alumni weekend, Founder’s Day, and commencement, and working with the officers of the Alumni Chapter/Colony, House Corporation Board of Directors, and the members of the Alumni Advisory Board.
