High Theta - Second Vice President
Our current Theta is Stetson Owen.
He shall serve as Second Vice President of the Chapter/Colony and shall assist the High Beta in the performance of his duties, and in the absence or disability of the High Beta, he shall succeed to his powers and duties. He shall be Chairman of the Committee on Public Relations to his Chapter/Colony. He shall be responsible for areas in the Standards for Chapter/Colony Excellence that deal with public relations and community service. He shall have such further powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Active Chapter/Colony in its Bylaws. He shall be an exofficio member of the Executive Committee, without a vote, except that he shall have a vote on the Executive Committee, if he has been elected as one of the two active members or as the alternate member provided for in Code IV-30.
